Today we had Apple CarPlay installed in our BMW X1. The gentlemen had that peaked quickly. Everything was neatly tucked away, it functions well. We were pleased with the detailed explanation and help with commissioning the new system. What was also nice: I had previously discussed DAB+ radio and whether they could provide that as well. They certainly could. But we were advised not to do that because it has little added value on top of Apple CarPlay. Now that's something I think puts the customer first.

Building Apple CarPlay into a Lexus 450h president turned out to be quite a job. Lexus has a strong system that quickly overrides Apple. Super good service! I came there for installation of a new radio but the right cable was missing. Through my license plate I checked which cables were needed but VW did not have that in order.Arndt found that very annoying and took immediate action. The next day he already had the right cable (free of charge) and the radio could be installed after all. Communication and service is very good.
